1) DEMO IMPORT FAIL: “UNFORTUNATELY, YOUR IMPORT IS FAILED!”
If you receive this message “Unfortunately, your import failed”. Mostly, it cannot work with your webhost. You have to ask your webhost to increase your PHP max_execution_time (or any other webserver timeout to at least 300 secs) and memory_limit (to at least 196M) temporary. It is due to low server memory or exceeds execution time and you should ask the host for adjust those parameters. If the parameters do not reach to required value, the demo content will not be imported. Please contact with your host to ask them for increase those parameters and have look at some important links below here.
2) DEMO CONTENT DUPLICATED
When you import our demo content, it can take several minutes depending on the speed of your server. Each time the button is clicked it will import the content, so if it is clicked twice it will import everything two twice. There are two ways to remove duplicate content.
Method 1: WP Reset Plugin – This plugin is the fastest way to remove content. However, it will remove all content from your database and leave the default theme activated. It does not remove plugins, but will deactivate them and remove all pages, posts, menus, sliders, widget data, Fusion Theme Options, etc. Basically, it removes all the content that you imported from our theme. Method 2: Manual Removal – This method will take longer and simply involves manually removing duplicate items. For example, go to the Appearance > Menu and delete and duplicate items one by one. Same thing for pages, post, sliders, etc.
3) ‘ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS?’ ERROR MESSAGE
If you get the “Are You Sure You Want To Do This” message when installing the ‘traveler.zip’ file via WordPress, it means your server has an upload file size limit, which is set by your host. If this happens, install the theme via FTP, or call your hosting company and you can ask them to increase the limit.
4) THEME INSTALL FAILED ‘DESTINATION FOLDER ALREADY EXISTS’
You may be getting this error because you have a duplicate ‘traveler’ folder. This error happens because WordPress only allows you to have one theme with the same name when uploading the theme via WordPress admin. We recommend updating the theme via the Auto Update method to get around this, or you can update the theme via FTP.
