Your time is really important! Because of that we would like to save time for you when using our product. With some recommends bellow here, we wish that you can get the best experience and grow up your business:
- Always read our documentations, videos tutorials first.
- After #1 if you have any problems/issues or questions you can post ticket on our support system to get help
Everything should be clearly and provide us right info when the tickets posted:
- Prepare your installation: Disable your other plugins and switch to the Twenty-Fifteen theme before you create the ticket. Please test this before opening your ticket so we can know if there’s a conflict that needs to be resolved.
- Take some images of the problem: Some of image related with your issues that can help us understand better.
- Issues url: If something wasn’t working, please send us a link where it wasn’t working.
- Include your WordPress wp-admin + FTP account: The fastest way for us to view your back-end setup.
3. If Expired support time and you cannot post ticket, you can Renew support time on theme-forest at our item details or you can post your problem on Traveler Users Group for get help from community (not from our support team).
