We know your time is very important and we want save time for you when you use our product. For get best Experience when you use our product to make your business grow up, We recommend something below:

 

  1. Alway read our very details documentation, videos tutorials first.
  2. After #1 if you have any problems/issues or questions you can post ticket on our support system for get help

        For save time for you and us when post ticket you should make everything clearly and provide us right info:

  •  Prepare your installation: Disable your other plugins and switch to the TwentyFifteen theme before you create the ticket. Please test this before opening your ticket so we can know if there’s a conflict that needs to be resolved.
  • Take some images of the problem: Some of image related to your issues will help us understand better.
  • Issues url:  If something isn’t working, please send us a link to the page where it isn’t working.
  • Include your WordPress wp-admin + FTP account: The fastest way for us to help is for us to view your backend setup.

3. If you Expired support time can not post ticket you can Renew support time on themeforest at our item details  or you can post your problem on Traveler Users Group for get help from community (not from our support team).
