Where to find the license certificate & Purchase code?

To find the Purchase Code, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Login in your ThemeForest account.

Step 2: Navigate to  “Downloads” and click on the download button for your theme

Step 3: Select certificate & purchase code from the drop-down

Step 4:  The license is listed as Item Purchase Code: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx.

HOW TO REGISTER ON TRAVELER SUPPORT SYSTEM? 

  1. Log in Our Support System at: https://shinehelp.shinetheme.com/, and Click on “Register” on the right sidebar (a)
  2. After (a), you can see the Register Form, please Fill in all information.  Please choose “Traveler” in Them/ Add-on button.
  3. Enter the Purchase code that you got above and Navigate to “Register”

Registration confirmation will sent to your email. 

HOW TO USE THE TICKET SYSTEM?

– Using this ticket system will help our team answer faster and it will be easier for both parties to track and manage your requests.

– If you don’t have an account yet please register. It’s very fast & simple. IF you do not receive your password OR you cannot register for an account, please email [email protected] with your purchase code.

– After you log in use the “Add new ticket” function to create a ticket.

– Please make sure you fill the ticket type(bug reports go to a different department than custom request) and for what theme is the ticket.

– When you post the ticket we are notified via email. When you get a reply from us, you will be notified via email as well.

– Our support hours are 8 AM – 5 PM GMT +7 , Monday – Friday. We answer questions within 24 hours during business days. On rare occasions we may delay our replies a little longer if there are many tickets in queue.
