1. Importing Traveler Demos
Before you import any of our available demos, please make sure that all the items listed below have been checked. All of these are important and will ensure that your demo import go clearly.
- Registered Product – make sure you have entered your purchase into Theme Settings > Product Registration
- Installed required Plugins – Install Traveler’s required plugins, Traveler code, and WPBakery Page Builder…
- System Status – Check the System Status tab to ensure your server meets all requirements for a successful import.
Step 1 – Navigate to WPAdmin > Theme Settings > Quick Install Demo
Step 2 – Select the Traveler demo that you want to import then click Install > Continue
Step 3 – Once you’ve checked all necessary components for importing the demo, click the ‘Continue’ button to import your selected demo and wait for processing
Warning: By choosing Continue, all of the previous content on the website will be removed and the template’s content and settings will override them. That’s why it’s always recommended to install the templates on a fresh WordPress website without any existing content.
Step 4 – It will take a few minutes to import everything. Please be patient and wait for it to complete, you will see the success notification when you have done install Demo
2.1. Stuck at 0%
If the install is stuck at 0%, it means that your server cannot download and unzip the demo content. Kindly ensure that your server has been enabled PHP Zip module
In some hosting, you can found at Select PHP Version > PHP Extensions > Zip
2.2. Warning Notice in FrontEnd
While importing the demo, you may encounter different issues at each percentage.
Or if your frontend show Warning/Error Notice, you can also disable it
To solve it, add the following code to the bottom of your wp-config file which is right before “/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */”)
